House Color Scheme 3
In this version, the driveway is changed to a sandstone color, the stone facade is removed and a fairly traditional color scheme of black shutters, white trim and beige siding was added.

" We wanted to put a fence up along our property border. The town rejected the plans initially until we showed them what it would look like when complete. The pictures helped us explain what it would look like much better than the pencil drawing we did. In the end, the town approved it even though it was the same thing we presented earlier. Go figure. A picture really is worth a thousand words. "
