Original photograph shows a run down cape that is overgrown and in need of some real attention. The new owner wanted to not only see different color schemes but also see what the house would look like with a large extension on the rear. The artwork was successfully used to apply for variances.

" We wanted to put a fence up along our property border. The town rejected the plans initially until we showed them what it would look like when complete. The pictures helped us explain what it would look like much better than the pencil drawing we did. In the end, the town approved it even though it was the same thing we presented earlier. Go figure. A picture really is worth a thousand words. "
