The owner also wanted to see what the house would look like with a blue color scheme. Gray roof shingles, blue siding and dark blue shutters.

" We wanted to put a fence up along our property border. The town rejected the plans initially until we showed them what it would look like when complete. The pictures helped us explain what it would look like much better than the pencil drawing we did. In the end, the town approved it even though it was the same thing we presented earlier. Go figure. A picture really is worth a thousand words. "
